Is my online payment secure?

Payments are processed via STRIPE secure server through an encrypted connection. We do not store your debit or credit card details

I need a refund, how do I get on?

If you need to cancel your order please contact us asap. if your order has already been sent you may can return the order for a refund*. Always contact us before sending anything back so that we can ensure your refund is processed quickly. You are required to return your order within 3 working days of receipt. UNFORTUNATELY DYEBOX CANNOT PROVIDE REFUND IF YOU HAVE NOT ACHIEVED THE RESULTS YOU DESIRE.

*All returns are subject to 10% restocking fee, minus original postage paid. Any cost incurred to return your order will not be refund.

If i place my order today when will I receive my order?

Where possible orders are dispatched with 24-48 hours of payment being received (excl weekends and public holidays) and delivery is normally 1-3 working days of the UK and 1-2 weeks for oversea orders. During extremely busy times it may take 1-3 working orders to be processed, packaged and posted.

How can i tell if an item is in stock?

Our website is updated daily basis. Please note that many of our items in the sale section is limited stock or discontinued lines and in some cases only 1 or 2 may be left in stock.
